With over 30 years of experience in international business development, export, marketing, logistics, strategy, transformation, commercialization, capital raising and leadership, I have developed a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that companies face in times of change, growth and transition.
As interim CEO, chairman of the board, transformation leader, business area manager and strategic advisor, I have worked in technology-intensive and international environments within industry, energy, sustainability and innovation. I often enter businesses when a lot is at stake and when leadership is needed that quickly creates clarity, direction and momentum.
My passion is to help companies and organisations find the right way forward. I work close to the business, close to the people and close to the decisions that make a real difference. This means that I can quickly see the big picture, understand what needs to change and translate strategy into concrete action.
I have had the privilege of working in both global groups, Swedish innovation environments and companies in strong development. My experience ranges from roles in export, marketing, business development and logistics in companies such as Electrolux and Saab to international business development through assignments within Invest Sweden and Automotive Sweden. For many years I have also worked closely with entrepreneurs, startups and growth companies with a focus on growth, commercialization, capital raising and strategic development.
A clear example is my assignment at Librixer, where as interim CEO and chairman of the board I led the company from a technology development phase to a more scalable industrial operation. I was responsible for restructuring strategy, organisation, supply chain and sales model, built new technology and production teams, secured over SEK 100 million in capital and recruited a permanent CEO before handing over a stable and future-ready organisation.
I believe in the value of clarity, responsibility, trust and presence in leadership. For me, it's not just about analyzing what needs to be done, but about creating real movement in practice. When strategy, organisation and people interact, sustainable development begins to take shape.
