Contact, booking and legal basis
The contact form does not submit information to a website database. Continuing opens your own email application with the details you entered, and the information is only sent when you choose to send the message. Enquiries are processed to respond and plan next steps, normally to take action at your request before a possible contract or under the legitimate interest of handling business contacts. Information needed for a contract, accounting or legal claims is processed and retained under the obligations that apply to each purpose.
Get a recommendation
Your choices are processed locally in the browser. Choices used to prepare contact are stored for the current session. If you actively save the result, it is stored locally on the device for no more than thirty days. The information is not sent to Holistic Leadership until you choose to make contact.
Visitor analytics and consent
The website uses Vercel Web Analytics for cookiefree, aggregated page statistics. In addition, Google Analytics 4, web stream G-0K78E4R1MD, is used only after the visitor actively chooses Allow. Google Analytics is not loaded and no Google Analytics cookies are created before consent. Rejecting is as easy as allowing. The choice is stored locally for up to 180 days and can be changed at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. When allowed, Google Analytics may process visited pages, time, referring website and general information about device, browser and approximate geography. Advertising signals and ad personalisation are disabled.
Technology, logs and suppliers
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which also provides Vercel Web Analytics. Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited. Technical logs may be processed for delivery, troubleshooting, security and abuse prevention under the legitimate interest of providing a secure and operational website. Google Analytics processes data only after consent. Vercel and Google may use subprocessors and process data outside the EU or EEA under the safeguards described in each provider’s data protection terms. The active plan, agreement status, data controls, access and supplier subprocessors must be reviewed regularly in the accounts that operate the services.
Participant portal
The participant portal is not yet connected to an authentication service and therefore does not collect login details or personal development material. Before it opens, permissions, retention periods, processors and procedures for correction, deletion and incident handling must be defined and documented.
Retention and deletion
Information is not kept longer than needed for the relevant purpose or to meet legal obligations. The period depends on whether the information concerns an enquiry, an agreed assignment, accounting or a legal claim.
Your rights
You may request access to personal data, correction of inaccurate information and, in some cases, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.
