support and encourage you along the way. Together, we tackle your change journey with practical tools and well-proven models. We always start from your everyday working life and work actively to test and evaluate new strategies in your daily work.
Investing in a coach may be your best decision. Being a manager is tough and often lonely. A coach helps you with perspective and decisions both in your leadership and your business.
We are in the midst of constant, ongoing change. Right now the world around us is very unstable and the uncertainty often creates great stress for many. And in the middle of all this you stand as a manager, entrepreneur, entrepreneur.
You must lead forward, ensure quality and delivery, get the employees with you, meet the demands of the outside world, make wise decisions - and also feel good about yourself. Often you are quite alone. Enlisting the help of an experienced coach as a sounding board in this turbulent managerial everyday life can make all the difference for you as a leader, for your employees and for the company.
An experienced coach has tools, models, powerful questions and exercises to help you with five important things right now. 1. A coach helps you manage stress and pressure Many managers have high levels of adrenaline and cortisol.
That doesn't make us very wise. 2. With a coach, you manage and process what is happening.
It is often too much at once. This means that we find it difficult to prioritize and delegate. We risk becoming paralyzed by action.
By making visible what you can and cannot influence, what you have control over and what you cannot, you can find an approach to what is happening right now. In addition, a coach is a person who can listen to (and parry) any possible frustration that you wish to get out of yourself. 3.
A coach helps you bring out your own capacity and creativity. This is absolutely crucial for you as a manager. All eyes are on you.
If you are calm and consistent, then your co-workers will be too. And of course the opposite: if you radiate insecurity and irritation, you will get the same behaviors in your employee group. When you get a handle on your stress level and find an approach to what is happening (and not happening), you can more easily focus on your abilities.
And hopefully establish greater calm. 4. You identify who you need to be and what you need to doAnd just as important: who you don't need to be and what you don't need to do right now.
It is easy to be chased by everyone's demands and expectations. But you can't save the world and solve everything. Sorting out what you can actually achieve and what you can't influence at all often brings peace of mind.
And reflecting on who you want to be and which of all the expectations around you you want to live up to also contributes to focus and calmness. 5. Together with a coach, you formulate long-term strategies and future goals What do you want?
Where do you want? And why that? Making scenarios and alternative strategies is usually helpful.
You also rise above your urgent task-oriented to-do list and fix your eyes on the future. It usually gives energy. When you work with a coach, you gain perspective.
A coach shakes up your thought paths and patterns (which can often be quite blocked) and helps you pick out the answers and solutions that suit you and your company best.

All coaches work to support people's development - but executive coaching is something more specific and exclusive. Works with both the professional and personal perspective, so that you grow as a person while your organization develops.
The difference to other coaches (e. g. life coaches or general conversation coaches) is that executive coaching is directly business and results driven.

Executive coaching works as a structured process where you as a leader receive professional coaching from an experienced executive coach.
