As I know Torbjörn, he is a very driven and creative business profile with, to say the least, solid experience in running a store and creating an interesting trading location.

Torbjörn's experience in entrepreneurship, customer service and building a retail business with the customer in focus is best described by the fact that his business was awarded year after year with the award Sweden's best outdoor store.

In the end, the competition was canceled due to lack of competition. That says part of what Torbjörn can convey about i.a. customer focus and drive.

Torbjörn quickly gives his employees areas of responsibility within which they are given room to develop skills through, for example, various training courses.
