Licensed leadership trainer with 19+ years of experience in leadership and HR within IKEA.
I develop the leadership that the organisation needs: strategic, structural and individual and help companies achieve sustainable results through people and strong leadership.
Johanna works with CEOs, owners, management groups and teams to create clarity, responsibility and results. She is passionate about developing people and organisations through functioning interaction and structure.
Her strength is translating insights into behaviour change. She creates direction, strengthens cooperation and drives development that is noticeable in everyday life.
About Johanna
I have 19+ years of experience in leadership and HR within IKEA. During those years I have had several leadership roles, among other things within Sales and Customer Relations, worked with HR and in the Management Group where we together developed operations, culture and results.
What drives me is to strengthen the leadership needed in an organisation: strategic, structural and individual. I have built many strong organisations that achieved their goals through leaders who were given the opportunity to develop, reflect and become more confident in their leadership.
As a leadership trainer, I work closely with the business through dialogue, experience and practical training. I am a strategic and diplomatic leader which combines coaching and mentoring. With my background, commitment and joy, I create a safe and trusting climate in the participants.
In my work, I ask questions that open up new perspectives and help leaders see both themselves, their mission and their organisation a little more clearly. When insights are allowed to land and be implemented in everyday life, real development begins to take shape.
For me, leadership is about balance between people and results, heart and brain.
