The dashboard brings goals, prioritised training behaviours and next steps together. Weekly follow up and conversations with the leadership trainer help participants stay on course, see progress and adjust their practice.
The right place in the whole
A standalone program or a relevant deepening
Nova Individual, Nova Team and Nova 360 can be used as standalone development journeys. Nova can also deepen a development journey when self insight, feedback and behavioural practice are relevant to the client goal.
Nova is not automatically included in every development journey. The need determines whether the system is used and which track fits.
