Kompassresan Individ is an introduction for those who want to try leadership development on a smaller scale, but still get clear results. During four individual meetings (approx. 6 hours), we work with self-awareness, assignments and balance - and lay the foundation for safe and clear leadership.

(Clarification: Here we tie each part to The result journey – your workbook/binder – so that goals, behaviors and measurement points are visible and followed over time.)

Follow-up and results – our hallmark

Each meeting ends with a short results session where we clarify the next step. In the binder (Results journey) there is a special section to document the progress.

After the training, we follow up with two online meetings of 1 hour via Teams (after about 1 month and 3 months) to ensure that the action plan is followed and that the results become visible. In the follow-up, we not only check with you, but also with your immediate manager/CEO, to provide an external and independent view of the progress and ensure that the development is really felt in everyday life and linked to the business's goals.
