The organisational journey - create direction, responsibility and power throughout the organisation

The organisational journey is for companies that want to develop their whole - where the interaction between board, management and organisation becomes the decisive success factor. It is the journey that connects strategic thinking with operational power and creates an organisation that moves in rhythm – up, down and forward.

Here, development is not just about leadership at the top, but about creating a flow of clarity, responsibility and communication throughout the company. From the board's decision to the management group's priorities - and on to departments, teams and individuals.

A journey that starts with the desired direction and builds the future

The journey begins with a thorough gap analysis that clarifies the organisation's desired state, the current state and the gap between them. We go deep into structures, distribution of responsibilities and decision-making paths, and challenge the patterns that can slow down forward movement.

Each participant in the management team also completes a personal gap analysis, which gives a clear picture of both individual and collective strengths. Then a is made team analysis which makes the group's dynamics visible - how well the team complements each other, where there is overlap, and which competencies may need to be added.

This is not a theoretical exercise – it is sharp, brave and strategic work where questions like “Do we have the right people in the right place?” and “Are we moving in the same direction?” set for real.

From insight to consensus – and on to action

Based on the analysis, we design a tailored action plan for the organisation. The focus is on creating a living management work that both strengthens communication upwards – towards the board or owners – and downwards, towards managers, departments and teams.

In many companies, this becomes the decisive move: to build a management team that really leads the organisation. It learns to communicate effectively, prioritise with a holistic perspective and translate strategy into action.

We integrate insights from self-leadership, culture, communication and strategy, and uses tools such as DISC and Big Five analyses to deepen the understanding of the group's behaviours and decision-making patterns.

A programme that strengthens the entire system

The organisational journey lasts for a year and combines workshops, coaching and practical work.
Each session ends with a results review documented in the Results Journey – our tool to ensure that the work does not stop in the room but continues in everyday life.

After the end of the programme, we follow up together with both the board and management to measure the effect of the change, anchor new working methods and ensure that the development lives on throughout the organisation.

The result – an organisation in step with itself

  • A management group that is coordinated, strategic and clear in its mission
  • An organisation that communicates smoothly upwards, downwards and across functions
  • A culture where responsibility, trust and learning are part of everyday life
  • Measurable improvement in efficiency, decision making and profitability

The organisational journey is the journey that builds the robust whole - where strategy and people meet, where clarity creates security, and where development becomes sustainable over time.

  • Each meeting ends with a results session which is documented in the Results Journey (goals, behaviours, measurement points).
  • After the programme, we follow up with two online meetings of 1 hour via Teams (after approx. 1 month and 3 months) to ensure that the action plan lives on.
  • Transparency: Before the first follow up, we make a Review with the CEO or chair of the board of the board for an independent picture of progress and possible obstacles. After that, we go into the group's follow up with praise where it works - and support where it is needed.
