The organizational journey - create direction, responsibility and power throughout the organization

The organizational journey is for companies that want to develop their whole - where the interaction between board, management and organization becomes the decisive success factor. It is the journey that connects strategic thinking with operational power and creates an organization that moves in rhythm – up, down and forward.

Here, development is not just about leadership at the top, but about creating a flow of clarity, responsibility and communication throughout the company. From the board's decision to the management group's priorities - and on to departments, teams and individuals.

A journey that starts in the present – and builds the future

The journey begins with one thorough gap analysis, where we together map the organization's current situation, strengths and development areas. We go deep into structures, distribution of responsibilities and decision-making paths, and challenge the patterns that can slow down forward movement.

Each participant in the management team also completes one personal gap analysis, which gives a clear picture of both individual and collective strengths. Then a is made team analysis which makes the group's dynamics visible - how well the team complements each other, where there is overlap, and which competencies may need to be added.

This is not a theoretical exercise – it is sharp, brave and strategic work where questions like “Do we have the right people in the right place?” and “Are we moving in the same direction?” set for real.

From insight to consensus – and on to action

Based on the analysis, we design a tailored action plan for the organization. The focus is on creating a living management work that both strengthens communication upwards – towards the board or owners – and downwards, towards managers, departments and teams.

In many companies, this becomes the decisive move: to build a management team that really leads the organization. It learns to communicate effectively, prioritize with a holistic perspective and translate strategy into action.

We integrate insights from self-leadership, culture, communication and strategy, and uses tools such as DISC and Big Five analyses to deepen the understanding of the group's behaviors and decision-making patterns.

A program that strengthens the entire system

The organizational journey lasts for a year and combines workshops, coaching and practical work.
Each hit ends with one results session as documented in The result journey – our tool to ensure that the work does not stop in the room but continues in everyday life.

After the end of the program, we follow up together with both the board and management to measure the effect of the change, anchor new working methods and ensure that the development lives on throughout the organization.

The result – an organization in step with itself

  • A management group that is coordinated, strategic and clear in its mission
