An introduction to AI for workgroups – always tailored to the current situation and needs

The AI journey Team begins with a gap analysis where we map the team's current situation and needs. There are often both beginners and more experienced users - that's why we adapt the arrangement so that everyone gets the best possible learning.

The aim is to meet the team where you are and take the whole group to the next level. Under four meetings (approx. 12 hours) the team learns to use AI in practice and create common ways of working that free up time, increase quality and strengthen collaboration - with hands-on training in ChatGPT, Copilot and several other AI tools.

Layout

Four group meetings of about 3 hours
Start with gap analysis to take inventory of the current situation and needs
Reflection and practice tasks between occasions

Follow-up and the Results Journey – our hallmark

Each hit ends with one joint results session as documented in The result journey - the team's receipt of development where goals, behaviors and measurement points become visible.

After the training, we follow up with two online meetings of 1 hour via Teams (after about 1 month and 3 months) to ensure that the team sticks to their new ways of working and that the results are long-term.

Before the first follow-up, we also take one coordination with the CEO or responsible manager outside the team. It provides an independent picture of progress, increases transparency and shows how progress is actually felt in everyday life.
