Why the Leadership Journey?
The Leadership Journey is not just a program – it is the backbone of everything we do and our most transformative venture.
Unlike shorter training courses that often provide quick "aha experiences" but limited long-term prospects, the Leadership Journey is designed to create lasting behavioral changes.
Research shows that it takes 12-24 months before new behaviors and ways of working have really landed, integrated and put into action. Therefore, this program is 2 years long, with continuous training, reflection and follow-up. Follow-up and results – The results journey
Each session ends with a results session that is documented in The result journey, where goals, behaviors and progress become visible and measurable.
Two follow-ups via Teams (after approx. 1 month and 3 months) ensure that the application is long-term and that behavioral changes really become permanent.
Transparency: We coordinate with management/CEO to ensure that changes are not only experienced individually, but also felt and anchored in the organization.
